MY STORY

While competing as a student athlete in the NCAA, I acquired a degree in psychology from Colorado State University Pueblo. I have dedicated the last 15 years to working in sports, group homes, family homes and schools. I have worked extensively with adults and children with a range of behavioral challenges and diagnoses including: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Depression and Anxiety.  Combining practical frontline experience in behavior management, developmental delays and family dynamics with extensive training in multiple crisis intervention systems, I have developed a unique skill set to support families through their difficult times.

The MAP program will consist of educational workshops and in-home counseling for parents/guardians with children ages 5-16 and provide practical solutions to challenging behaviors that take a toll on day to day life.
